The company is deeply committed to driving meaningful innovation that not only influences the present but positions itself as a leader in responsible cloud infrastructure for the future. Crusoe’s approach integrates advanced AI capabilities with sustainable practices, fostering an environment that supports ambitious creation and development on a global scale.
At Crusoe, employees join a dynamic team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth ecosystem where every contribution directly impacts the company’s trajectory and the broader technological landscape. The organization offers an inclusive and equal opportunity workplace, ensuring that all employment decisions are free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, sex/gender, sexual preference/orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, national origin, or any other legally protected status. This ethical foundation reinforces Crusoe’s commitment to fostering a diverse and supportive community.
About the Role: Crusoe is actively seeking a Travel Manager to oversee and optimize its expanding global travel program. As the company scales rapidly, the Travel Manager will be instrumental in managing the day-to-day administration of the corporate travel platform, ensuring strict adherence to company travel policies, and fostering seamless travel experiences for employees worldwide. This role requires an individual who excels at balancing operational priorities with a high level of customer service, ensuring compliance without sacrificing efficiency or employee satisfaction.
The Travel Manager will serve as the central point of contact for all travel-related matters within Crusoe, including handling urgent travel requests, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating cross-functionally with departments such as Finance, People, and Security. The ideal candidate will bring a data-driven approach to managing travel spend and identifying cost-saving opportunities while continuously seeking to improve processes and scalability. The position involves tracking critical travel metrics, maintaining clear documentation and communications, and implementing best practices that will support Crusoe’s continued growth and sustainability goals.
This role offers competitive compensation, including a salary range between $104,000 and $126,000 plus bonus, and includes Restricted Stock Units, highlighting Crusoe’s investment in employee success and company growth. The company also provides comprehensive benefits packages designed to support the health, well-being, and professional development of its employees.
