The role is based at the prestigious Four Seasons Hotel at The Surf Club in Surfside, Miami Beach, an iconic oceanfront property that combines historic charm with modern luxury. The Surf Club has been a social and cultural landmark since 1930, and the Four Seasons property continues this tradition of elegance with celebrated dining, a world-class spa, and exceptional recreational offerings. As a Sales Executive specializing in the leisure market, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting and selling the hotel’s unique offerings to prospective guests. This full-time, on-site position involves generating resort awareness within an assigned geographic region through direct sales, digital marketing, and relationship building. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, negotiating contracts, achieving sales targets, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of the property, including food and beverage services, spa treatments, and recreational activities.
The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of experience in luxury hotel sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, and a strong ability to communicate fluently in English with additional languages considered a plus. A college degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to territory management, including site inspections, client entertainment, and networking at trade shows and events. This is a highly visible position that demands excellent interpersonal skills, strategic planning, and meticulous record-keeping to uphold Four Seasons’ standards in sales and catering hygiene.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury hotel sales
- Proven sales track record
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent proficiency in English
- Additional language skills preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States unless currently holding a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
- Ability to work full time on site
Job Qualifications
- Luxury hotel sales experience preferred (minimum of 3 years)
- Proven sales track record a plus
- College degree (4 years) or equivalent experience strongly preferred
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Knowledge of additional languages a plus
Job Duties
- Identify and target customers from assigned market to generate business on behalf of hotel
- Negotiate, draft, generate and confirm/sign contracts that ensure hotel budget and revenue targets are achieved
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue and direct sales goals by implementing a territory business development strategy including outside sales calls, prospecting calls, site inspections, and entertainment
- Maintain thorough and complete product knowledge of resort and offerings including food and beverage, spa and recreation
- Possess an in-depth understanding of competitor set features, advantages and benefits
- Establish and maintain strong sales and catering hygiene including account creation, account traces, contact information, client email lists, bookings, etc., in accordance with Four Seasons standards
- Produce and execute quarterly and annual action plans
