Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid ARRT-MRI certification
  • Current BCLS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year MRI technologist experience
  • Ability to work night shifts
  • Eligibility to travel 50+ miles from permanent residence
  • Compliance with state licensing requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Basic cardiac life support (BCLS) certification
  • Strong knowledge of MRI technology and safety protocols
  • Experience in operating MRI machinery
  • Excellent patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts

Job Duties

  • Perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures according to established protocols and safety standards
  • Prepare and position patients for MRI exams
  • Operate and maintain MRI equipment ensuring optimal image quality
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret imaging results and address patient concerns
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs when necessary
