Job Requirements
- Active RN license
- Minimum 2 years experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Willingness to commit to a 16-week travel assignment
- Ability to relocate to Bakersfield, California
- Reliable transportation and accommodations
- Compliance with facility and state regulations
Job Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing
- Leadership or management experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts
- Proven ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Valid certifications as required by state and facility
Job Duties
- Manage nursing staff on the floor
- Recruit and retain nursing staff
- Collaborate with doctors on patient care
- Report to House Supervisors regarding recruitment and retention
- Assist patients and their families when needed
- Act as liaison between hospital departments
- Oversee nursing staff performance and morale
