Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or related service industry with responsibility for financial results
- Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
- Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
- Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Oversee high-volume retail facilities to ensure smooth operations
- Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales and profit objectives
- Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring customer expectations are met
- Conduct meetings with subordinate employees to communicate goals and updates
- Maintain effective vendor relationships for smooth supply chain operations
- Build, coach, manage, and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
- Track inventory and perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to monitor financial health
