Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or related service industry with responsibility for financial results
  • Previous management proficiency in high volume retail with P&L accountability
  • Ability to create and maintain a customer focused culture
  • Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Oversee high-volume retail facilities to ensure smooth operations
  • Generate and execute travel center and restaurant business plans to meet sales and profit objectives
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring customer expectations are met
  • Conduct meetings with subordinate employees to communicate goals and updates
  • Maintain effective vendor relationships for smooth supply chain operations
  • Build, coach, manage, and develop teams including staffing, interviewing, hiring, and training
  • Track inventory and perform profit and loss (P&L) analysis to monitor financial health
