Established in 1958 by Jim A. Haslam II and now led by CEO Adam Wright, Pilot Company embodies a strong commitment to a people-first culture, innovation, and community support. The company extends its operations beyond retail, serving as a top supplier of fuel with a vast tanker fleet and providing essential services to oil operations in some of the nation's busiest regions. This multifaceted enterprise supports a wide array of business domains including supply chain management, logistics and transportation, construction, maintenance, technology and digital innovation, human resources, finance, sales, and marketing. The organization’s foundation and ongoing success revolve around its core values of integrity, dedication to service, and a commitment to fueling people and keeping North America moving.

The role of Retail General Manager at Pilot Flying J is pivotal in overseeing high-volume travel center retail operations and ensuring business objectives align with the company’s standards for customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
