Whether you are seeking opportunities around the corner or aspiring to explore different locations nationwide, Synergy connects healthcare talent with various healthcare facilities, helping professionals expand their medical careers with flexible job assignments tailored to individual preferences and expertise. The company prides itself on its dedicated recruiters who act as both career coaches and concierges, assisting candidates with resume optimization, job placement, housing arrangements—including pet-friendly options—payroll support, and travel logistics. This comprehensive approach ensures that medical staff can focus more on their careers and less on the often-challenging logistics of job transitions. Synergy Medical Staffing’s client-centric philosophy and robust national partnerships make it a trusted partner for professionals seeking rewarding and diverse career opportunities in healthcare.

The current opportunity is for a Travel Cath Lab Technologist based in Mishawaka, Indiana. This position is a 13-week travel assignment, offering a work schedule of 36 hours per week across 3 consecutive 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM). As a Cath Lab Technologist, you will play an essential role in assisting cardiologists and other medical professionals in conducting diagnostic and interventional procedures within the cardiac catheterization laboratory. Your expertise will contribute to the accurate diagnosis and successful treatment of cardiovascular conditions, using specialized radiologic equipment and advanced imaging technology. This travel assignment provides a unique chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while experiencing a new location, supported by comprehensive benefits and dedicated recruitment assistance.

The role is particularly suitable for experienced allied health professionals eager to broaden their horizons through short-term travel assignments that offer competitive pay, tax-free stipends, and excellent benefits, including 401K matching, full medical, dental, and vision coverage from day one, and continuing education opportunities to maintain and enhance professional skills. Synergy Medical Staffing’s loyalty programs and referral bonuses further enhance the overall compensation package, creating an attractive and supportive work environment for temporary healthcare workers. Working with Synergy means joining a company that truly values and supports your career growth, offering a well-rounded balance of work, benefits, and lifestyle support that is hard to match in the travel healthcare staffing industry.
