Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multitask with various websites and programs
  • Knowledge of Geography and current world events
  • Satisfactory pre-employment and post-employment background screening results
  • Ability to obtain necessary membership licenses as required
  • Willingness to embrace new technology and ongoing learning

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited travel school preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient computer skills including multitasking in several websites and programs
  • Knowledge of Geography and current world events
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong organizational and sales abilities

  • Craft unforgettable domestic and international travel experiences including cruises, land tours, flights, hotels, and more
  • Use personal travel experiences to inspire and guide clients
  • Build long-term relationships, turning first-time clients into loyal travelers
  • Leverage AAA's established travel strategy to maximize success and achieve sales goals
  • Engage in ongoing training and coaching to enhance industry knowledge and skills
  • Manage client communications with professionalism
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and incentive goals
