Job Requirements
- have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck
- respectful toward community and property
- self-motivated and able to work independently
- pride in your work and desire to ensure customer satisfaction
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required
- ability to work part-time night shifts starting at 8 pm
- ability to use a smartphone for reporting
- physically able to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to carry up to 30 pounds
- open bed pickup truck ownership
Job Duties
- collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
- wear personal protective equipment for safety
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- walk up and down stairs while performing duties
- represent the company in a professional manner
- work independently during night shifts
- ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and respectful service
