Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- Ability to be on feet for at least 2 hours
- Ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- Access to an open bed pickup truck
- Willingness to work night shifts starting at 7 pm

Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the dumpster
- Wear personal protective equipment to maintain safety standards
- Take and email pictures for daily reports
- Walk up and down stairs during shifts
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Maintain respectful interactions within the community and property
- Ensure customer satisfaction through thorough and reliable service
