Currently, Ally Waste Services is hiring for the position of part-time Trash Collector. This role offers a unique opportunity to join an enthusiastic team focused on making daily impacts in community cleanliness and resident satisfaction. The position starts at 7 pm and offers a competitive wage of $40-50 per night, depending on location, making it a lucrative part-time job that provides great compensation based on nightly performance rather than hourly pay. Our trash valet collectors work during night shifts, which means you’ll have daytime flexibility while earning excellent pay.

As a Trash Collector, you will primarily be responsible for collecting trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transporting them to dumpsters. You will be an essential member of the team, directly affecting the cleanliness and appeal of multiple residential properties. This role involves physical activity including walking up and down stairs and carrying loads up to 30 pounds, which makes it perfect for candidates who enjoy being active and working outdoors.
