Job Requirements

  • Have a smartphone
  • ability to stand and walk for 3-5 hours per shift
  • ability to carry up to 30 lbs
  • own or have access to an open bed pickup truck
  • willingness to work night shifts starting at 8 pm
  • reliable transportation
  • ability to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE
  • strong work ethic
  • respect for community and property

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in waste collection or similar field is a plus but not required
  • ability to operate open bed pickup truck
  • basic smartphone proficiency for reporting
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • capable of maintaining professionalism in community settings

Job Duties

  • Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
  • transport trash to designated dumpsters
  • take and email daily photo reports
  • adhere to safety protocols using provided personal protective equipment
  • maintain respectful and professional conduct in communities served
  • work independently following scheduled hours
  • engage in physical activity including walking up and down stairs
