Job Requirements
- Have a smartphone
- ability to be on feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- access to an open bed pickup truck
- part-time availability with night shift flexibility
- willingness to represent company professionally
- ability to work at apartment complexes and residential properties
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work independently
- good communication skills
- punctuality and reliability
- physical stamina to walk and carry up to 30 lbs
- experience in a customer service or similar role is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps
- transport trash bags to dumpsters
- take and email pictures for daily reports
- ensure thorough and careful trash collection
- maintain company standards of professionalism and respectful behavior
- follow safety protocols using personal protective equipment
- complete assigned routes efficiently during night shifts
