We are currently seeking a part-time Trash Collector to join our dynamic team. This position is tailored for those who enjoy physical activity and take pride in contributing to a cleaner community. The role involves collecting trash bags directly from apartment doorsteps and responsibly transporting them to dumpsters, making this a vital part of maintaining cleanliness and ensuring resident satisfaction. The Trash Collector position starts at 7 pm, with a competitive wage of $80 per night, which is a fixed rate rather than an hourly pay structure, varying by location. This night shift schedule offers flexibility ideal for individuals seeking part-time employment with immediate openings and all major holidays off.

As part of our Trash Collector team, you will benefit from Ally Waste Services' strong support system including providing personal protective equipment (PPE) to safeguard your health and safety while on the job. Although no prior experience is required, your role demands responsibility, respectfulness, thoroughness, and self-motivation to work independently while delivering quality service. In addition to the physical demands of the position such as walking up and down stairs and carrying loads up to 30 pounds, this role includes documenting your work through photographs for daily reporting purposes via smartphone.
