Job Requirements
- have a smartphone
- ability to be on your feet for at least 2 hours
- ability to carry up to 30 lbs
- open bed pickup truck
- availability to work part-time night shifts starting at 7 pm
- commitment to representing company professionally and service-oriented attitude
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior experience required
- ability to work part-time night shifts starting at 7 pm
- strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
- excellent communication skills including use of smartphone for reporting
- physically capable of walking and carrying loads up to 30 pounds
- respectful and professional conduct towards residents and property
Job Duties
- collect trash bags from apartment doorsteps and transport them to dumpsters
- ensure trash bags are tied and handle them with provided personal protective equipment
- take and email daily pictures for reporting
- walk up and down stairs to access trash at various apartment units
- work independently during night shifts starting at 7 pm
- maintain respectful and professional interaction with residents and property management
- adhere to safety and company protocols at all times
