Job Requirements

Open bed pickup truck required for position
Smart phone with data plan
Live within 30 minutes of location
Able to work in all weather conditions carrying trash up multiple flights of stairs without assistance
A go-getter attitude

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in waste management or similar field beneficial but not required
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong physical stamina and ability to climb stairs
Good communication skills for resident interaction

Job Duties

Arrive on time at assigned apartment community typically at 6 - 7PM depending on the day of service
Collect trash and recyclables from each resident's doorstep including upper-level units requiring stairs
Use a leak-proof tote to transport waste to pickup truck then to designated compactor or disposal site
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at compactor/dumpster area before completing shift
Provide professional and courteous service to residents when encountered
Submit nightly service documentation including records of resident violations audit results and time-stamped photos at arrival and departure
