Job Requirements
- Must be conscientious, reliable, and exhibit a friendly and helpful attitude towards on-site management and residents
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle in Utah
- Valid documentation including auto liability insurance and driver’s license must be maintained
- Must be able to physically lift and transport up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in indoor and outdoor environments during various weather conditions
- Must be able to ascend or descend stairs and walk for prolonged periods of time
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to speak, read and write in English
- Possess a smartphone with an active data plan and location services enabled

Job Duties
- Collecting bagged trash, recycling, and broken-down cardboard from residents' door sides using on-site equipment
- Transporting these materials to designated on-site dumpsters, trash chutes, or compactors
- Separating recyclables into appropriate dumpsters and inspecting for contamination
- Engaging with residents, providing a friendly and professional service
- Issuing Educational Courtesy Compliance Notices for non-compliant trash or contaminated recycling and taking necessary photos
- Uploading photos and compliance notices into the company app to document findings
- Cleaning up any loose trash around dumpsters, chute rooms, or compactors
- Returning all equipment to its designated location after service completion
- Replacing bags at pet waste stations, collecting bagged pet waste, and managing community waste bins near doors or common areas
- Checking out using the company app at the end of the shift
- Ascending and descending stairs and walking for long periods
- Lifting and carrying bags of residential trash
- Operating a personal open bed pickup truck if required at some communities
