Job Duties

  • Lead customer service excellence by setting professional, friendly loaner interactions
  • Resolve escalated issues and train new team members on service policies
  • Oversee daily vehicle readiness including fueling, cleaning, and equipment checks
  • Monitor fleet inventory and availability using RecovR software
  • Manage fleet maintenance including inspections, damage reporting, and repair coordination
  • Maintain accurate mileage and fuel logs
  • Administer customer transactions ensuring paperwork completion, license and insurance validation, billing accuracy, and follow-up on overdue vehicles or damages
  • Direct fleet operations such as vehicle rotation, monitoring open contracts, coordinating swaps, and updating service leadership
