Job Duties

  • Lead customer service excellence by setting standards for loaner interactions
  • Resolve escalated issues and train new team members on service policies
  • Oversee vehicle readiness including fueling, cleaning, and equipment checks
  • Monitor fleet inventory through RecovR and confirm vehicle availability
  • Manage fleet maintenance, damage reporting, repair coordination, and maintain mileage and fuel logs
  • Administer customer transactions ensuring proper paperwork, license and insurance validation, billing accuracy, and follow-up
  • Direct fleet operations balancing vehicle rotations, monitoring contracts, and providing updates to Service leadership
