Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years of experience in passenger transportation
- Experience in safety or operations management
- Capable of delivering quality training and managing training materials
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical examination per regulations
- Must be able to work flexible shifts
- Able to sit for long periods, use computer screens
- Comfortable with mixed indoor and outdoor work environments

- Experience in safety management or operations management
- Skilled in providing training and managing training materials
- Ability to comply with DOT drug testing and physical examination requirements
Job Duties
- Provide behind-the-wheel instruction according to corporate and client specifications in vehicle operation and passenger transportation
- Conduct classroom training in line with corporate and location requirements
- Ensure safety manuals, policies, and programs are current and effective
- Document all training activities and maintain accurate employee training records
- Establish relationships with client and corporate personnel to identify additional training needs and resources
- Prepare and conduct monthly safety meetings
- Maintain an organized employee filing system and participate in audits and inspections
- Direct the location drug and alcohol program including random testing and file maintenance
- Manage injury prevention programs to reduce workplace injuries
- Conduct accident investigations using root-cause analysis and assign re-training
- Maintain and post OSHA logs
- Conduct road observations to evaluate operator safety and customer service
- Provide coaching and re-training based on Drive Cam reviews
- Respond to customer comments related to service
- Perform other duties as required
