Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Leadership experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and develop teams
- Knowledge of OSHA, GMP, FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer applications

Job Duties
- Supervise drivers, assistants, and ramp loaders to ensure safety and timely delivery
- Plan and assign routes to maximize efficiency and meet schedules
- Monitor fleet usage, labor hours, and equipment to control costs and meet KPIs
- Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings to align teams and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, FDA, USDA, and airport regulations
- Collaborate with culinary, warehouse, and customer service teams for smooth operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce delays and enhance performance
