Job Requirements
- must be at least 25 years of age
- high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- one year of experience in guest services or public interaction
- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- valid unrestricted New Mexico driver's license
- class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred
- ability to pass background check
- must pass pre-employment and random drug screening
- physical ability to perform essential job functions including lifting up to 50 lbs, balancing, crouching, kneeling, pulling, pushing, reaching, walking, sitting, standing, stooping, talking and hearing
- willingness to work outdoors in varying weather and noise conditions
Job Qualifications

- ability to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles
- knowledge of vehicle operation and air brake systems
- knowledge of local roads and airports
- excellent guest service skills
- knowledge of safety practices related to vehicle operation
- knowledge of resort, casino, and transportation operations
- ability to drive in adverse weather
- ability to maintain certifications
- ability to respond to public inquiries
Job Duties
- delivers the highest level of service while interacting with guests, peer and other employees
- travels to assigned destinations transporting guests to and from the casino, resort, airport and other approved destinations
- completes a pre-inspection and records all information on inspection sheet before departure
- communicates effectively with dispatchers
- follows department standard operational procedures
- complies with all traffic regulations
- assists passengers and baggage loading and unloading
- reports delays, traffic citations, incidents and accidents
- advises passengers on safety requirements
- regulates vehicle comfort systems
- performs minor vehicle repairs and tire changes
- maintains cleanliness of vehicles
- builds professional relationships with internal and external contacts
- adheres to punctuality and attendance policies
- serves as initial contact for guest inquiries courteously
- demonstrates empathy and resolves guest issues promptly
- possesses knowledge of services and products
- builds respectful guest relationships
