Job Requirements

High school diploma required
Some office experience required
Must be able to read, write, and speak English
Must be detail oriented and organized
Must have good basic math skills
Some computer knowledge required
Ability to make sound operational decisions in challenging situations
Working knowledge of Unimatic and FIDS
Must be highly motivated
Must have good work attendance and performance

Job Duties

Receives incoming calls and coordinates with staff and kitchen personnel to ensure outbound trolleys are on schedule
Monitors computers to determine arriving flight times to arrange for drivers to meet aircraft for unloading and loading
Provides accurate and timely information to transportation supervisors and leads
Coordinates with Meal Planners regarding irregularities and changes
Makes sound operational decisions in challenging situations
Communicates effectively with internal staff and external customers
Utilizes systems such as Unimatic and FIDS to gather necessary information
