Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in logistics supply chain management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in transportation logistics or supply chain management
- Strong understanding of transportation regulations industry best practices and supply chain processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word and Outlook
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Job Duties
- Develop and maintain transportation schedules ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products while optimizing routes and minimizing costs
- Communicate and coordinate with transportation providers such as carriers and freight forwarders to schedule shipments and resolve delivery issues
- Track shipment status provide updates to internal teams and customers and address any delays or issues
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documents including bills of lading shipping manifests and delivery receipts
- Generate reports on transportation costs delays and performance metrics
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to resolve any transportation-related inquiries issues or concerns
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate the timely movement of goods in and out of the facility
