This job opportunity is for a Warehouse Driver based out of their Abilene, TX location. This is a full-time position with work shifts from Friday to Monday, 5 PM to 5 AM. The starting pay ranges from $21.95 to $30.39 per hour depending on experience, along with additional earning opportunities including performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Warehouse Driver, the primary responsibility is to transport finished goods or raw materials between the production facility and warehousing locations safely and efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining the supply chain flow and ensuring product quality during transportation. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, and handling materials using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as well as completing thorough inspections and maintaining necessary documentation in compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. The driver must also perform vehicle maintenance according to company standards and verify proper loading and seals.

Ideal candidates will possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver s License (CDL) with an interstate designation and have at least one year of commercial driving experience. Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety protocols is mandatory, as is the ability to operate various types of industrial power trucks and handling equipment. Job Duties

  • Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities
  • Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at destination
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers
  • Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required
  • Maintain vehicle, product and equipment to company standards
