Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airline scheduling or training coordination
- experience using crew management software such as AIMS
- bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field
- strong knowledge of FAA regulations related to training and flight crew
- understanding of Atlas Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA)
- ability to analyze complex scheduling issues and develop compliant solutions
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook
- strong organizational and analytical skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- strong teamwork skills
- must be flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in airline scheduling or training coordination, experience using crew management software such as AIMS, bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, or related field, strong knowledge of FAA regulations related to training and flight crew, understanding of Atlas Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA), proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Outlook, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, detail-oriented with prioritization skills, strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
Job Duties
- Track and document crewmember training progress to ensure timely completion of required programs and alignment with FAA regulations, optimize and execute comprehensive training plans to balance cost-efficiency, perform daily updates and audits in Airline Information Management System (AIMS) to maintain schedule accuracy, generate and analyze training reports tracking ground and simulator training completions, resolve de-qualification issues to keep crewmembers legal for training and flight, maintain classroom and simulator utilization records, monitor training flow and instructor utilization to meet certification requirements
