Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills, written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively
  • Some flexibility in schedule to assist and work overtime to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work multiple tasks while maintaining focus and detail
  • Self-starter and motivated team player
  • Critical thinking skills for adapting to changing environments and processes
  • Ability to maintain a productive work environment
  • Remaining courteous and professional at all times
  • Full-time Monday to Friday schedule with 8-hour shift between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm
  • Position based in Denver, CO
  • Candidates must reside near or relocate to Denver metro area
  • Moderate noise business office environment
  • Sitting for extended periods in front of computer and on phone
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Position is not Department of Transportation safety sensitive
  • Pay meets City of Denver minimum wage requirements

Job Duties

  • Arrange all aspects of pilot training phases
  • Manage multiple software platforms for training coordination
  • Build and track training schedules including classroom, devices, and simulator sessions
  • Track progress and reschedule classes, students, and sessions as needed
  • Verify instructor qualifications for each scheduled session
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for instructors and students
  • Maintain clear communication with instructors, pilot records, flight operations managers, and supervisors
