Job Requirements

  • reliable attendance and punctuality
  • strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • previous operations experience preferably in e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center
  • proven skills in observing performance and identifying gaps
  • exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Word Asana and Slack

  • ability to develop and track training program effectiveness
  • experience working collaboratively across operations and HR teams
  • communication skills to translate operational processes into training materials

  • understanding of operational processes and daily production goals

Job Duties

  • support and execute the weekly training plan per facility per shift schedule
  • support local continuous improvement and engagement initiatives particularly focused on safety quality productivity and employee retention
  • coordinate the training ambassador-identification and certification program
  • support and validate new hire onboarding processes and ambassador training methods
  • support the site-level associate experience week program for new salaried leaders
  • lead and validate the powered industrial-equipment (PIT) training program and associated trainer-standard work
  • manage asana-based ticketing system for training requests and ensure tickets are actioned within expected timelines
