Job Requirements
- Ability to carry or lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk during shifts up to 12 hours
- Ability to frequently push pull squat bend and reach
- Willingness to work any shift including nights weekends and holidays
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Compliance with export control license requirements if applicable
- Subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive functions
Job Qualifications
- Current Part 107 license
- Current FAA third-class medical certificate
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and business applications
- Experience guiding training and mentoring others
- Experience in flight operations or related field
- Preferred 1+ year leadership or coordination experience in flight operations or logistics
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Conduct ground and flight training sessions in aircraft and simulators maintaining operational excellence
- Instruct students on ground school curricula and related topics
- Develop individualized training programs based on student needs
- Prepare students and crew for written oral and practical flight exams
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to enhance skills and knowledge
- Ensure safety procedure adherence during ground and flight operations
- Conduct line observations and proficiency checks for certificated crew
- Assist in development and updating of training materials and curricula
- Stay current with operational roles and best practices
