Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Six months experience in dispatch or logistics
- or one course or three months training or experience in basic computer operations
- one course or three months training or experience in business communications
- or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment
Job Duties
- Monitoring CCTV for traffic incidents
- using MARCS radios to dispatch Freeway Safety Patrol or ODOT forces
- answering phones from the public and law enforcement
- managing traffic incident response
- performing traffic incident management
