Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience if no HS diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
  • Ability to read and write standard English
  • Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
  • Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Register/computer experience preferred
  • Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking

Job Duties

  • Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests
  • Uses guest last name at all times when appropriate and maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
  • Assists guests with directions and inquiries, provides information about the surrounding area and attractions
  • Obtains information about daily events and rates, maintains claim checks and guest folio archives
  • Parks and retrieves vehicles promptly and safely, assists with luggage handling during arrivals and departures
  • Upholds site management’s parking policies and procedures
  • Assists marketing department with targeted marketing efforts
