Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience if no HS diploma or GED
- Knowledge of traffic and valet procedures
- Ability to read and write standard English
- Ability to comprehend simple instructions, correspondence and memos
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to perform basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to understand 24 hour and military time systems
- Customer service experience preferred
- Register/computer experience preferred
- Ability to drive manual transmission and perform parallel parking

Job Duties
- Directs vehicular traffic while providing attentive, friendly service to all patients/guests
- Uses guest last name at all times when appropriate and maintains accuracy and composure under pressure
- Assists guests with directions and inquiries, provides information about the surrounding area and attractions
- Obtains information about daily events and rates, maintains claim checks and guest folio archives
- Parks and retrieves vehicles promptly and safely, assists with luggage handling during arrivals and departures
- Upholds site management’s parking policies and procedures
- Assists marketing department with targeted marketing efforts
