- prior experience in food service or supervisory roles preferred
- must complete sanitation course before or during first year
- ability to multitask and manage schedules
- basic math skills
- strong communication skills
- ability to work occasional nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Produce and maintain work schedules
- direct daily activities
- maintain food production to ensure safety and quality
- ensure safe and organized food storage
- maintain serving schedules following menu specifications
- uphold sanitary department conditions
- maintain accurate weekly inventory
- prepare orders as needed
- supervise and evaluate employees
- maintain safe and hazard-free environment
- train and mentor food service workers
- maintain equipment maintenance logs
- complete food safety and temperature logs with corrective actions
- perform preventative maintenance checklist
- recommend equipment replacements
- multitask effectively
- perform additional duties as requested
- fill in for absent employees
- manage catering event preparations and delivery
- work occasional night and weekend events
- attend food service meetings
- maintain staff communication
- perform cashier duties as needed
- promote good public relations
