Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
- 3 to 7 years of event planning or tradeshow management experience
- ability to travel up to 30 to 40 percent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in microsoft office, project management tools, and crm systems
- us citizenship
- proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- detail-oriented and organized
- experience in b2b, technology, or government contracting environments preferred

- proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously

- experience in b2b, technology, or government contracting environments
- familiarity with lead tracking and crm tools such as salesforce
- experience managing large-scale national or regional tradeshows
- cmp or other event-related certification
- experience with federal or defense industry conferences such as afcea or ausa
Job Duties
- plan and execute company participation in trade shows and conferences
- manage event logistics including booth selection, contracts, and shipping
- coordinate travel arrangements for event personnel
- negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets
- serve as the primary onsite contact during events
- oversee lead capture and post-event reporting
- collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
