Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • 3 to 7 years of event planning or tradeshow management experience
  • ability to travel up to 30 to 40 percent
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office, project management tools, and crm systems
  • us citizenship
  • proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • experience in b2b, technology, or government contracting environments preferred

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in event planning, tradeshow management, or marketing events
  • proven experience managing multiple events simultaneously
  • strong project management and organizational skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in microsoft office, project management tools, and crm systems
  • us citizenship
  • experience in b2b, technology, or government contracting environments
  • familiarity with lead tracking and crm tools such as salesforce
  • experience managing large-scale national or regional tradeshows
  • cmp or other event-related certification
  • experience with federal or defense industry conferences such as afcea or ausa

Job Duties

  • plan and execute company participation in trade shows and conferences
  • manage event logistics including booth selection, contracts, and shipping
  • coordinate travel arrangements for event personnel
  • negotiate with vendors and manage event budgets
  • serve as the primary onsite contact during events
  • oversee lead capture and post-event reporting
  • collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership
