Located in Hillsboro, Oregon, this opportunity is for a full-time, experienced Tradeshow and Events Coordinator within the test and measurement industry. The position is critical in executing the strategic vision and operational execution of the company's presence at industry exhibitions and events. The coordinator will lead the end-to-end management of tradeshows and events, ensuring that the brand promise is delivered through meticulous planning, creative problem solving, and flawless execution. This role demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

The Tradeshow and Events Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement booth layouts, demo setups, and AV requirements. They will manage all event logistics—ranging from securing venues, booth spaces, hotel accommodations, to coordinating demo equipment and freight. Important responsibilities include on-site supervision during booth build-outs, organizing subject matter experts for demos, and overseeing tear-down procedures. Vendor management is also a key part of this role, involving negotiation and procurement of materials to support event execution.

This position requires up to 60% domestic travel, emphasizing flexibility and adaptability to dynamic environments. The ideal candidate will bring over six years of experience in event and tradeshow management, preferably within the B2B sector, along with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships are essential to success in this role. Rohde & Schwarz invites candidates who meet these qualifications, reside in the United States, and hold valid work authorization to apply.

The total compensation ranges from $71,000 to $95,000, which includes base salary, variable pay (where applicable), and benefits. Compensation is influenced by factors such as geographic location, education, relevant experience, and individual skills. Rohde & Schwarz is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion, and all qualified applicants will be considered without regard to sex, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, or any other legally protected characteristics.
