Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- More than 6 years of experience in event and trade show management
- Proven track record of managing large-scale events
- Familiarity with venue rules, union labor and show services
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 60% domestically
- Must reside in the US
- Valid work authorization

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
- Over 6 years of experience in event and trade show management within the B2B sector
- Proven success in managing large-scale events from start to finish
- Familiarity with venue rules, union labor and show services
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
Job Duties
- Planning and organizing industry exhibitions and events
- Collaborating with professionals to secure venues, booth space and hotel blocks
- Developing booth layout, demo setups, power and AV requirements with the marketing team
- Managing event logistics, including demo equipment coordination
- Organizing on-site booth setup, supervision, and tear down
- Coordinating vendors and evaluating supplier proposals
- Maintaining project timelines, tracking budgets and ensuring compliance
