Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience is required
  • Minimum of one year experience in trade show or meeting coordination
  • Minimum of two years in Microsoft Office software with intermediate to advanced skill level on Excel software is required
  • Team member must have the ability to transport self to obtain various materials, food, etc
  • Be able to attend various functions and meetings at other sites either within or outside of the organization
  • Team member must be able to carry boxes of product, samples, booth materials, etc, weighing up to 40 pounds up and down stairs and/or flat surfaces
  • Must be able to travel as needed

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Work with coordinator to establish communication with event staff and complete contracts and forms
  • Work with booth and show representatives on booth updates
  • Assist with show logistics including obtaining required product, displays, signage, literature, and arranging shipping
  • Make travel and hotel arrangements including managing money and attire needs for attendees
  • Travel to relevant shows and assist with setup and teardown of booths/displays
  • Assist with maintaining the master trade show/event calendar and expense tracking
  • Coordinate food, meeting area setup, catering choices, and special needs for sales, external guest, training, and company events
  • Manage delivery and setup of event areas including light food preparation and serving
  • Assist with maintaining inventory and store appearance for the Jasco store
  • Source and mail company Christmas cards, trade show/event invitations, direct mail, and promotional materials
  • Compile and maintain company mailing lists
  • Assist other marketing areas as needed
  • Perform other related duties as required
