In addition to its advanced stretch wrapping solutions, Lantech produces robust and efficient case and tray handling equipment. Its products are used worldwide and backed by an extensive global service network along with multilingual technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
The company operates within the manufacturing sector, specializing in packaging automation—an essential industry for businesses requiring efficient material handling and protective packaging solutions. Lantech prides itself on innovation, quality, and customer support, positioning itself at the forefront of packaging technology.
The role of Trade Show & Revenue Activation Manager is an onsite, full-time position located in Louisville, KY, working Monday through Friday. This strategic position revolves around leading Lantech’s trade show initiatives and revenue activation programs aimed at pipeline growth, customer engagement, and sales conversion acceleration across distributor, direct, and partner channels.
The Trade Show & Revenue Activation Manager will own the comprehensive strategy and execution of North American trade shows, managing every phase from planning and vendor coordination to onsite implementation. Additionally, the role involves designing and managing lead activation programs that leverage automated workflows and AI-assisted tools to nurture marketing-generated leads, improve sales readiness, and ultimately drive revenue growth. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, excellent project management skills, and a strong commercial mindset.
Candidates will be responsible for developing trade show strategies aligned with sales and product objectives, managing marketing campaigns surrounding events, and ensuring high-quality lead capture and ROI tracking. They will also build and sustain relationships with key industry organizations such as MHI and PMMI, as well as distributors and system partners.
Lead activation efforts include building nurturing programs tailored to customer journeys, creating personalized engagement experiences using CRM and AI tools, reinforcing follow-up and reactivation workflows, and employing analytics to identify stalled opportunities and boost pipeline advancement. The role also demands ownership and management of Hubspot CRM platforms for marketing automation and lead conversion optimization.
This position requires a dynamic individual with more than 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, trade shows, demand generation, or sales enablement. Experience managing large-scale trade shows and integrated marketing campaigns, familiarity with CRM and marketing automation, and strong communication and collaboration skills are essential. The role involves domestic travel commitment of approximately 10-15% annually, supporting major industry events with significant onsite presence.
At Lantech, employees benefit from competitive pay, job stability within a growing manufacturing business, a quarterly profitability bonus, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. The company emphasizes a people-first culture with generous time off, a casual dress code, and opportunities for professional growth. Joining Lantech means becoming part of an innovative team where technology meets opportunity, supporting career development in a supportive and challenging environment.
