Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing business event management or related field
- minimum 2-3 years proven experience in trade show and event management
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
- strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- experience in managing promotional swag items and inventory
- willingness to travel as required
- strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and coordination of trade shows and events including logistics vendor management and on-site execution
- manage relationships with vendors ensuring timely delivery of services and products
- coordinate logistics such as shipping booth setup and teardown and handle on-site event issues
- assist in the development of event marketing materials and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team
- support budget management by tracking expenses and assisting in cost-saving initiatives
- assist in compiling event reports including attendee feedback and ROI analysis
- oversee the inventory ordering shipping packing and tracking of all internal promotional and swag items
- provide support to the Senior Manager and the Trade Shows and Events team in various tasks as needed
