Job Duties
- Digitally scan and organize documents related to vehicle sales, service, and customer records
- Maintain an organized filing system in both digital and physical formats
- Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy of recorded information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure documentation is complete and up-to-date
- Perform regular audits of scanned documents to verify accuracy and completeness
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner as they enter the dealership
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to appropriate departments or personnel
- Schedule service appointments and handle customer inquiries regarding services and dealership policies
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks including taking messages and providing information about vehicles and promotions
