TownePlace Suites Phoenix North is a premier extended-stay hotel located in North Phoenix, Arizona, known for its modern accommodations that cater specifically to long-term travelers. Our suites range from individual studios to spacious two-bedroom units, all featuring fully equipped kitchens and essential amenities that allow guests to maintain their usual routines while away from home. Conveniently located next to the Black Canyon Conference Center and near popular attractions such as Castles N' Coasters, our property offers easy access to key destinations like the Bureau of Land Management National Training Center and Grand Canyon University. We pride ourselves on offering a welcoming and comfortable environment enhanced by complimentary hot breakfast each morning, on-site laundry facilities, free wireless high-speed Internet, a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment, and an outdoor pool to help guests stay refreshed during warm Arizona days.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated candidates to join our team as House Attendants. This role is vital to the smooth operation and high standard of hospitality that defines TownePlace Suites Phoenix North. House Attendants serve as the unseen heroes who ensure our guest areas and facilities remain immaculate and inviting every day. With a focus on attention to detail and an energetic approach, this position demands individuals who can adeptly manage physical cleaning tasks while also providing warm and efficient guest service.
The House Attendant's responsibilities are diverse and include maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across all public areas and equipment, from lobbies and restrooms to carpets and furniture, making sure everything sparkles at all times. They are also the first responders to guest requests, promptly and courteously addressing needs with a smile to uphold our tradition of excellent hospitality. Additionally, House Attendants assist in setting up meeting rooms and special events, ensuring that every setup detail is perfect and contributes to a seamless guest experience. Safety and security are also paramount in this role; House Attendants are entrusted with safeguarding sensitive areas, responsibly managing lost-and-found items, and practicing safe work habits to minimize risks.
This full-time position requires open availability, including weekend shifts, with regular working hours from 9 am to 5 pm. We seek candidates who excel under pressure, demonstrating calmness and composure when addressing guests' needs or handling unexpected situations. Successful applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent and preferably some hospitality experience. A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory for roles involving vehicle operation.
