Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Basic cash handling skills
Willingness to work early morning shifts
Positive attitude and teamwork mindset

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively and maintain attention to detail
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle guest interactions professionally
Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks required during the shift

Job Duties

Provide a warm and friendly atmosphere, greet guests, and respond to inquiries about hotel services, breakfast offerings, and local area attractions
Prepare and serve breakfast items, specialty beverages including coffee and tea drinks, and maintain high food safety and sanitation standards
Ensure all service areas are clean, well-stocked, and set up according to brand standards
promptly clear tables and refresh buffet stations
Proactively address guest needs and quickly evaluate solutions in case of special requests or issues
Support other team members as needed, including assisting in dishwashing, replenishing food items, and keeping the kitchen and service areas tidy
Perform basic cashiering duties such as closing checks, processing payments, and maintaining transaction records as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry items weighing 20-50 lbs, and perform tasks that require bending, reaching, and moving throughout the shift
