Job Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- 6 months to 1 year cleaning experience in housekeeping or janitorial service preferred
- ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly in English with guests and other associates
- ability to grasp, lift, carry or otherwise move materials weighing up to 50 lbs
- ability to move throughout building, bend, stoop and reach on a continuous basis up to an 8-hour shift

Job Duties
- Maintain service closets and room attendants carts with linen and supplies
- remove soiled items from vacant dirty rooms and room attendant carts
- replace hangers and robes in guest rooms
- transport trash and waste to disposal area
- clean vacuum dust guest hallways
- deep clean rooms
- prepare VIP arrivals
- turn in lost and found items
- assist guest and members in a friendly and professional manner
- maintain equipment and report problems or service needs to supervisors
- perform other duties assigned by supervisors or managers
- keep work area neat and clean
- assist in other areas assigned by manager
- move furniture when requested by manager
- report safety concerns to manager
