Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Possess valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and all pre-employment testing
- Ability to proficiently read, write and speak English
- Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
- Pass FBI background and obtain US Customs Seal
- Must be flexible and willing to work any shift 7 day a week operation including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Must have high school diploma, GED or six months experience as a Tower Coordinator
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Competent in handling difficult situations
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Job Duties
- Maintains good situational awareness of all airlines and operations and provides for continuous dissemination of pertinent operational information and timely updates to appropriate field leadership
- Maintains professional contact and operational coordination dialogue with airlines, airport operations, and flight control to ensure timely, reliable and cost-effective service
- Communicates and confers with personnel, supervisors and managers to coordinate activities with all departments
- Assures compliance with established policies and procedures
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency
- Promotes and drives a safety first culture through all levels of the organization
- Leads and motivates hardworking teams to deliver excellent quality and productivity
- Takes responsibility for safety and security as an essential job function
- Performs other duties as assigned
