Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or education equivalent
- Two years experience in airline or airport operations or an aviation-related college degree
- Knowledge of airline and airport operations
- Ability to read, write and clearly speak English
- Ability to multitask efficiently
- Technology literate
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 operation including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED or education equivalent
- Two years of experience in airline or airport operations or aviation-related college degree
- Intimate knowledge of airline and/or airport operations
- Ability to read, write and clearly speak the English language
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Technology literate within established systems
- Flexible and willing to work any shift including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Reliable and punctual attendance
Job Duties
- Coordinate and administer ramp control and gate management within airport non-movement areas
- Monitor inbound and outbound flight operations and determine best course of action to manage aircraft movement
- Issue push, taxi, safety advisories, and instructions to aircraft via FCC licensed frequencies
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal departments such as the Stations Operation Center, Network Operations Center, and ATS Desk
- Liaise continuously with local airport authorities, FAA, other airlines, and deice companies to ensure smooth ramp tower operations
- Utilize specialized hardware and software including video cameras, aircraft monitoring systems, gate management systems, and VHF radio equipment
- Maintain current knowledge of airfield layout changes, construction, and aircraft management policies and procedures
