Established in 1957, Invited has grown substantially to become the largest owner and operator of private country clubs, city clubs, and athletic clubs nationwide. With a portfolio of over 130 clubs, Invited is committed to providing exceptional experiences through its first-class amenities which include championship golf courses, modern workspaces, carefully curated gourmet cuisine, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art racquet facilities, and comprehensive fitness centers among many others. Joining Invited means becoming part of a dynamic team where dedication to excellence, community engagement, and high standards of service converge to create memorable experiences daily. The organization's culture emphasizes personal and professional growth, inclusivity, and maintaining a commitment to superior customer service, which positions it as a desirable employer in the hospitality sector.

The role of Golf Tournament Coordinator is pivotal in sustaining Invited's reputation for outstanding member experiences. This full-time role is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and execution of golf tournaments and events hosted at the club. The Golf Tournament Coordinator works closely with club members, guests, vendors, and internal staff to ensure every element of the tournament runs smoothly from inception through to completion. The role also involves promoting tournaments and events via newsletters, social media, and other marketing channels, reflecting a balance of operational efficiency and creative communication skills. Beyond the tournaments themselves, this position requires oversight of budgeting, vendor negotiations, inventory management, and post-event evaluations to identify improvements for future events.

Physical requirements include working outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions, lifting and handling equipment up to 100 lbs, and engagement in activities like walking, standing, climbing ladders, and more. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational abilities and interpersonal skills, with experience in event coordination, particularly within golf or country club environments. The position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a well-established company renowned for its excellence in hospitality and member relations, supported by competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package for eligible full-time team members.
