With world-class properties and an array of attractive employee benefits, Hilton Grand Vacations stands as a premier destination employer.

As an Experience Verification Coordinator at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of all tours across various sites. This position is essential to maintaining the integrity of tour operations by verifying and confirming every tour's proper accounting and coding. By doing so, you will help maximize the company’s sales pipeline and ensure consistency in operational standards. Your role will also include managing fee collections related to no-shows and rack rates, making timely and professional collections essential to revenue protection. Furthermore, you will be involved in discovery calls, using approved scripts to gather necessary information and communicate effectively with guests.

This role demands a professional and positive demeanor when interacting with guests and internal teams, helping to provide exceptional guest support and uphold the Hilton Grand Vacations reputation for excellence. You will be tasked with reviewing daily tour reports for accuracy, providing critical feedback on qualification issues or any misrepresentations that arise. Effective communication skills will be crucial, as you will need to handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring guests have accurate information about packages, tours, and accommodations.

At Hilton Grand Vacations, Team Members are valued and empowered to take ownership of their responsibilities, contributing to the company’s continued success and growth. The company’s culture emphasizes personal growth, career development, and recognition, making it an ideal environment for motivated individuals seeking a rewarding career in hospitality and vacation ownership. The position offers driven hourly pay plus bonuses, medical, dental, and vision benefits starting on day one, and additional perks like a 401(k) program with company match, employee stock purchase program, and tuition reimbursement.

This full-time role is perfect for candidates with excellent communication skills, good problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently and in team environments across all organizational levels.
