We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Tour Planner to join our team and support our client in managing their technology center’s tour scheduling and planning. This full-time, on-site position, located in the greater Seattle area, requires attendance Monday through Friday. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple logistics seamlessly. The Tour Planner will be responsible for managing incoming tour requests, coordinating logistics including catering arrangements, handling calendars and booking tools, and serving as a professional liaison, especially when greeting executive-level visitors. This role also involves maintaining documentation such as training manuals and templates and reporting any technical or maintenance issues that arise during the tours.

The ideal candidate for this role brings previous experience in a professional administrative assistant capacity, ideally within a technology environment, working closely with C-suite executives. This position requires a polished and professional demeanor, capable of making a positive impression during high-level interactions. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, allowing them to handle various responsibilities efficiently while maintaining excellent public relations with stakeholders and visitors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Power BI is also required, alongside experience preparing documents and managing filing systems.
