SanTan Brewing Company is a renowned brewery and hospitality establishment located in Chandler, Arizona. Founded in 2007 in downtown Chandler, SanTan has grown from a small 15-barrel brewery and restaurant into a well-respected craft beer and distilled spirits producer with a dedicated following throughout the Phoenix metro area and beyond. Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to work weekends, night events, and holidays regularly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player
- Flexibility, patience, and open-mindedness
- Must have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic and willing to help wherever needed
- Familiarity with POS systems, Toast POS experience is a plus
- Must be able to stand for long periods, lift and move products as necessary
- Previous brewery, distillery, or restaurant experience as a server or bartender preferred
Job Qualifications
- At least one year of experience as a tour guide, public speaker, bartender, server, or food and beverage brand ambassador
- Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency
- Ability to multitask and follow standard operating procedures
- Effective teamwork and open communication skills
- Experience in kitchen or restaurant environments
- Comfort with POS systems
- Passion for craft beer, hand-crafted spirits, and hospitality
- Friendly, energetic, and customer service-oriented attitude
Job Duties
- Uphold company values and abide by policies and procedures promoting a safe and positive work environment
- Maintain high floor awareness to support coworkers efficiently
- Follow all required safety and standard operating procedures
- Request real-time help from supervisors when needed
- Communicate and treat co-workers with respect
- Adhere to a "Safety Always" mindset and comply with safety policies
- Approach every task with quality, detail, and accuracy in mind
- Engage and communicate with customers about products and represent the brand positively
- Generate excitement and increase sales through sampling and promotions
- Conduct guided tours of the brewery and distillery, staying updated with the tour script
- Prepare and serve samples of beer and spirits
- Assist bartender with sales of merchandise, tour tickets, beers, and spirits
- Maintain knowledge of sales promotions and payment policies
- Clean shelves, counters, and tables in the tasting room
- Perform inventory stock counts and replenish as needed
- Mop and sweep floors
- Clean public bathrooms when needed
- Supplement bartending and serving shifts at taproom and special events
