Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- relevant food service management experience preferred
- ctfm certification or equivalent
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift, stand, walk, and kneel during work hours
- capability to maintain food safety standards
- availability to work flexible hours

- previous experience in food service management preferred
- certified food protection manager (cpfm) certification or equivalent required
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety regulations
Job Duties
- coordinate the work of tortilleria employees to achieve operating results
- ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- manage daily production and quality of tortillas
- uphold food safety standards including maintaining CPFM certification
- provide leadership and training to tortilleria staff
- maintain a safe and clean working environment
- act as a role model of professionalism and ethical behavior
