The role of Housekeeper / Home Health Aide / Companion with A.B.I. RESOURCES is an integral position that requires dedication, flexibility, and a genuine commitment to assisting individuals recovering from neurological injuries such as strokes, concussions, and brain injuries. This part-time opportunity is for six hours one day a week, ideal for candidates seeking specialized work within a supportive and dynamic team environment. The selected candidate will perform essential duties including personal hygiene assistance, food preparation, transportation, medication reminders, and documenting daily care activities. This role not only involves direct support for daily living but also engages in fostering clients’ rehabilitation efforts by assisting with medical and therapeutic homework and helping them find meaningful employment and manage their finances.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three years of healthcare experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Smart-phone and tablet skills
- Background check and drug testing before hire
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including different sites and programs
- Experience helping people recovering from strokes, concussions, or brain injuries within community settings
