Job Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • excellent knowledge of all beverage products
  • experience with point of sale systems is an asset

  • ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Create seasonal menu changes as the RSR mixologist
  • serve as lead property bartender media personality
  • conduct primary outlet site inspection as mixology master
  • provide spirit product and cocktail educational training for staff
  • act as product positioning liaison with the Director of F&B Operations
  • support vendor relations coordination with Director of F&B Operations
  • set an example for bar staff by driving culture and policy adherence
  • ensure bar policies and procedures are followed by bartending staff each shift
  • manage guest experience following colleague sequences of service
  • develop existing staff and recruit/hire qualified team members
  • collaborate to create and evolve overall beverage program
  • establish, monitor, audit, and enforce timeliness of service standards
  • set beverage pars and monitor inventory/ordering with Plaza Bar management
  • establish proper bar organization and build out to maximize efficiency
  • mentor and develop team to deliver high-quality guest experience emphasizing LQA standards and voice of guest
  • ensure compliance with Arizona liquor laws and maintain current ABC liquor certification
  • collaborate on daily opening and closing duties
  • monitor and maintain daily product par levels
  • maintain bar equipment and small wares inventory
  • ensure secure, safe, and responsible bar operations
  • collaborate on bar setup and layouts for new menu rollouts
  • train barback and bartender teams on venue guidelines
  • maintain a clean work environment before, during, and after shifts
  • champion health and Ecosure inspections and train staff on standards
  • perform internal health inspections
