Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- no prior supervisory experience required
- no license or certification required
- ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods
- ability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- greet guests and determine the number in the party
- assign seats by offering guests clean and available tables
- place clean and updated menus in front of each guest
- guide guests through dining areas and provide assistance as needed
- move and arrange tables, chairs, and cutlery to accommodate groups with special needs
- ensure cutlery and napkins are appropriate and clean
- check menus to ensure they are updated, clean, complete, and wrinkle-free
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- monitor seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well-being in dining spaces
- comply with safety and company policies and report incidents to management
- maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members
- foster positive working relationships and support team goals
- comply with quality standards
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors
